Why would she touch me like this?

This girl at work is interesting. We’ve had a few disagreements. I have a boyfriend and I honestly feel like she has a crush on me because she’d call me out or get me in trouble every time I’d call him at work even after hours. Every time at work I continuously see other coworkers on their phones texting ad she dosen’t confront them. Other than that she’s nice and everyday she asks how I’m doing and is concerned about me talking to her. Once she asked me twice why I wasn’t talking to her and i could tell her and she asked if I was ok. A few months ago some people stole and she shows me the amount they stole and I said how come we couldn’t do anything and she was like “they’d push you Sydney ( which is my name ). I’m not tiny and they’d push ME”. I responded and was like “yeah you’re not tiny” and she looked kind of offended and laughed. I told her I was being honest and it wasn’t a bad thing but it’s true. A few days ago we haven’t been on the best terms because she got me in trouble for calling my boyfriend even after the store was closed and she showed my manager a picture of a life size plush on her phone. After showing my manager she was like “it’s the same size as Sydney” and laughed. I made a face then she walked over to me laughing and stroked my shoulder and was like “oh that does sound bad”. Then showed me the pic and I asked if it was edible and she was like “well I know where your minds at”. Is this flirting? Lol
