I am asking this because i have never seen a man touching another man's waist while passing by but they do it to females very often. My classmate did the same thing to me, he was passing by and touched both sides of my waist.

I have caught him staring at me many times and we have lots of eye contact.

Why do guys like to touch girls' waists? Why did he touch my waist? Does he like me or am i delusional?

If you're into it, great, if you're not, shut it down now. It will progress. Part of the kick is doing something he shouldn't be sneakily so he will have to do more with time.

It doesn't mean he likes you but if you like him I'd ask you to speak to family/friends about why you like him and if he is a good guy.
