What does it mean when a guy friend touches your waist/butt?

I went out with my guy friend recently. Before we went home, we went to a restaurant and I ordered the food. He sat next to me and when I was eating my food, he asked me why I'm not sitting close to him. He moved closer to me. My friend started tickling me as he knows that I'm extremely ticklish. Then, he placed his hand on my lower back and touched my butt! ): I hit him and told him off and he called it an "accident". Somehow he wrapped his arms around my waist for a bit and tickled me afterwards. After he did that, I didn't look at him. He realised that I couldn't make eye contact with him and he got up and walked to the other side to watch me eat and tease me non-stop.

Like everyone else said he wants to nail you. Most men don't have pretty friends for no reason, usually there's an alternative there. That motive is usually because we want to nail them. Male "friends" usually don't exist if you're w in the cute to hot range, we're just hoping to get at that especially if she's single, or has a falling out w her man that we may intervene to be there for her as a disguise to hide what we're really after. Secretly we'd nail most of our female "friends" if they'd let us. I know I would and I'm much older. There may be a few exceptions but usually it's all the same motive.
