What does it mean if a guy touches your hand accidently?

Me and my friend who’s a guy we talk and chill almost everyday when we chill we smoke weed. When he passes me the joint I somehow always touch his hand by accident. But the way he positioned his hand while passing it is like almost impossible to avoid touching his hand and he sometimes does the same to me too. Now I only ask that cause me and him did have something at one point but wrong timing cause when we met he recently broke up with his girl, I mean we have hooked up once since then but that’s it and we’ve been friends for a year now.

but then he does stuff like this which makes me think he’s deff not interested. Like he talks about my friends and wanting me to set him up, like here’s a pic of a recent convo. I’m the blue and he’s the gray. What do u think? I mean I know the reason he wants to link with my friends is to hook up but still
