Does it mean anything when guy always touches your things?

This guy friend always touches my things. He uses my phone to call his if he loses it and he upgrades my apps without asking or tries to fix something. When I am looking at my laptop while talking, he'd reach out to touch it (he did this 4x! Just randomly tapping it to wake it up from hibernation.)

However, he is scared of touching me. If we reach out for the same thing he'd snap his hand back as if he's worried I might burn him! Wth?

I do this too, and I have OCD.

He definitely doesn't have OCD, at least not that I've noticed.
