A friend of Has a long time friend I think is suuper cute and I've told him in which I think he's told her that. The last few times I've seen her she has done some what I consider flirtatious things One example is she had reached over me a bit an set a remote next to my left leg while I was sitting down and her hand like, slowly went across my legs. It wasn't super slow but yeah. Most recently she gave me a hug One of her hands went up from my back to the back of my hair And her hand kinda lingered for a second and she kinda I guess scrunched (for lack of a better term) my hair. What do you think, low key flirting?

For right now, I'm going to say yes, but you need to start making moves of your own. See how she responds then you'll know exactly what she wants and maybe what her intentions are. Eventually, make a straightforward, no nonsense move on her because it shows you have confidence and she'll think highly of you for making yourself vulnerable and letting her know how you feel.

Nothing that was like directly flirting but her body language was such that I think she was indirectly showing interest in me and I kinda flirted back. I don't know. Girls are confusing :(
