Girls, she says nothing when I compliment her?

i know a girl, who I compliment her on something she does like saying 'God, you're good' or 'you're always right' I have also complimented how nice she looks. Every time there is silence. Like nothing. Should I avoid her?

It's difficult to tell whether she is not interested or just shy.

I go silent af if my boyfriend says anything that makes me blush - I remember back when we were friends and he said he had to go for a moment and then came back less than a minute later and I went "Yay!" and he laughed, asked why'd said yay and then went "You missed me that much?" and I was so shocked he was flirting I didn't know what to say. Even now if we speak on there and he says he's going to kiss me I'll just fall silent.

Alternatively I suppose I don't say much if someone I don't like compliments me but they'll usually get a "Uhh, thanks".

Yes... Avoid her and Don't say Anymore... You deserve Better Treatment than from Someone who Obviously doesn't Appreciate you being Nice as Spice.

She must be shy. I've seen a lot of extremely shy girls who can't show emotion and so appear to be stuck up or rude.

OK, she is sometimes shy, sometimes not. Sometimes she can talk quite blunt to me other times she is very polite. We sometimes laugh together but only really if I initiate, same with talking only if I initiate. She sometimes smiles/ laughs when I start talking to her. Sometimes she holds very good eye contact and we hold it. One particular occasion I had a haircut and she just stared at me and we held eye contact until she looked away. She has also copied my gesture in the past but don't know whether that means nothing.

erm no ur just over saying it and your words become less meaningful. so try compliment her when she does something different with her look or hair for example. But be aware that some girls are bitches and will say shit like 'LOOKS NICE TODAY BUT didn't YESTERDAY?' so yeah be kool about it and say u like it wen u actually do.

She sounds really rude. It may be because she doesn't like you or maybe she's just an ass. There's a chance she may just be shy. Does she look down or away when you say stuff or does she look like she doesn't care and is just uncomfortable?
