Why doesn't my girlfriend compliment me?

I frequently compliment her but I realized she never does. Why?

Ya know, I am guilty of that myself.
I think my reason for that with my last boyfriend (he died suddenly 6 months ago) was because I didn't want to give him a big head about himself. He was very sexy - ewww la la 🔥 but I never told him. I did show him that I loved him endlessly though. He complimented me probably every day on not only my looks, but for my emotional intelligence, whit, knowledge of so many different things.
He would always give me these tests, and nine times out of ten, I would get it right. Plus I have good intuition that used to blow him away.
The reason I didn't compliment him was because he had a wandering ❤️ heart. He loved the women and was such a big flirt. He flirting with so many women and it always had me concerned. So, I didn't want to puff up his ego anymore than it already was.

Even when we were living together before he died. Women would knock on our 9:00 at night wanting him to fix their TV. Yeah right! They wanted sex with him.

talk to her about it and that its something you'd love to happen more frequently. its sort of just not advertised to do so in media and such so it can be easy to overlook.

If your girlfriend doesn’t compliment you give her a reason to compliment you.
Hit the gym, get a new haircut, shave off your beard & mustache, buy a few new outfits, try something different in bed or something like that. In the meantime keep complimenting her & life is good.
