It's just a college job at a local deli, and I can easily quit since I have a job promised. I want to flirt with a coworker, so she knows I'm into her. How do I do it under the radar?

Flirting is an easy job, but having her bite the line takes time. Just converse with her. First, find out if she's seeing anybody. Be attentive. Don't look at her body, look at her face when she talks to you! 😂 Compliment her on other little things most men won't compliment on (i. e., an attractive woman already knows she's attractive so don't compliment her solely on her outward appearance). Don't ogle too much if you want to keep things under the radar, but make sure she catches you checking her out from time to time to give her hints, hopefully she'll pick up on it. Get to know her while you two are on the same shifts. When things are comfortable, ask her out on a date.

Women don't like to be touched by the guy hitting on them if they're not interested. So tread carefully here, she might file for harassment if she finds it unsettling.
