What do you guys think of this situation?

Ok so long time ago my boss started getting real flirty with me and at the time I was single so I didn't mind , but one day he took a little far by jerking off in front of me nothing ever happened except for a little touching with clothes on. I told him to stop because now I was in a relationship And didn't want problems since he's marry and I'm dating someone. Lately it's been we both been focus on the job but I've notice he get a little flirty with The girls and everyone at the job. All the girls I work with are pretty I think so I don't know my gut tells me he gets turned on by everyone and then he tries to hit on me so I can touch him or whatever but I don't want to because it's wrong. And now I kinda know he's just like a horn ball. (Freak ) ! What do you guys think? I feel even weirder because at least before I can say ok maybe he did like me but now I just feel like he'll get it on with anyone. I obviously know I would never date him but just curious
