Why does he wants to know all my secrets?

Ok so this guy, my co worker, he rEALLY wants to get to know me. He says stuff like, "I want to know all your secrets", or something like that. So should I tell him? Why? Can this mean he's interested in me? There's a lot more contributing factors as to why I think so, but this one is driving me crazy. He's asked things like, "what kind of guys do you like?" And I might have said, I hate guys who flex. Then he replied, "oh so that means you don't like (other co workers name)" and he sMiled. I told him I liked funny guys and he wanted to know more because he said even that will will go away (?). He's just always flirting. I don't know if I'm just misinterpreting it anymore. I'm so confused. One day he had bombarded me when I walked outside and asked, "do you have a boyfriend?" And lord, I couldn't form words. Then he ask if I wanted to go to a concert and said his cousin can get us backstage passes for free... -___- I don't have enough confidence to acknowledge this as interest and need someone to tell me. But for some reason it feels like he only wants to be my friend... ugh I'm so confused.

Okay, okay, so I'm a really sneaky girl and I was a bit jealous that he had another co workers number. I wanted to ask him for his number, but didn't at the same time, so I asked another guy for their number in front of him as encouragement, and my crush ended up asking me for my number the next day! He said we could be texting buddies, but not even an hour later he asks me, "So when are you gonna let me kiss you?" And I screamed internally. I was so nervous, but ended up letting him by the end of the work day, we were at lunch when he asked. He said something about me not kissing back so it kind of happened again, and that time I did. Oh my gosh, I just >_<
