It would really depend on the dynamic of the relationship the two of you have. Do you think of her-and in a non-sexual way when you're not around her (i.e., "I miss her", "I wonder what she's doing", "I wish I was doing this with her")? Do you like talking to her about things that are unrelated to sex/the physical? If not, then what you feel is probably just lust. If you do find yourself doing these things, then you probably do like her. It's completely normal to be just as turned on by someone physically as you are emotionally and that's along the lines of what love is. But if you find yourself only thinking of her in a sexual manner then you're just thinking along the physical.

It's possible that you have feelings for her, but that sounds like simple lust to me. Don't try to shack up with your friend though, unless you're willing to risk the friendship.
