Why is it that my friend keeps liking and disliking me?

My best friend (She is a girl) has been friends with me for many years. Just recently she began doing something strange... For a week she would continually flirt with me and talk about us dating. In fact she would follow me around and only say how much she loved me, I thought that she you know had a obvious crush on me so I thought I should tell the next week that I wasn't interested but that very next week she completely ignored me and started flirting with another one of her friend. I thought she got over me but the week after that she started doing the same thing and continually flirted with me. This has been going on for many weeks were she falls head over heels with me and then another friend, she also dated most of the kids in our class since she said she had crushes on all of them.

Like one minute she's all over you talking about dating and love, making those googly eyes. Then just like that, she's onto the next dude like you never existed. Kinda hurts a girl's feelings, ya know?

I'd say there's a few possibilities for what's up with her. Either she doesn't really know what she wants and is just going with whatever feels good in the moment. Or she could be the kind of girl who likes lots of attention from different guys to boost her ego.

Another option is maybe she's just really affectionate with friends in general and doesn't mean anything deep by it. Or she could be struggling with her sexuality and figuring stuff out too.

Either way, I'd just keep your distance for now until she sorts her head out. No need to get twisted up in her games. Meanwhile, don't be afraid to talk to other cute girls too!

Who knows, once she gets her drama out her system maybe you guys can go back to chillin normally. For now though, play it cool and do you - don't stress what you can't control, ya feel me boo?

But like I said, hang tight and don't let her foolishness get you down. Easiest thing is just disengage and don't give her the reaction she wants.
