There sexy and have so much definition. It's the core of a girls body. And when toned right, or given the right assessories ( belly piercing). They have sort of demanding attention aspect to them. Like a glow lol.
A girl's belly area (for me, especially the area around her belly button) is VERY underrated as a sexy body area.
Its physical touch and the tummy area is probably an inoffensive area to tickle. If he tried to tickle your neck it might have been too much too soon but tickling your tummy is something he will most likely get away with.
I think that's probably because it's the area right above your lady part. And sometimes turns a lady on. :)

If it is toned or at least not out of shape, and if it is exposed, it does look sexy. It will always create temptations.
