It's really up to you and what you want. First times are overrated just FYI. If you want something special then continue waiting until you find someone who you can trust and care for to be gentle with you. This guy sounds like a loose cannon and the fact that you like him, and he probably knows it, would make him more inclined to be more aggressive and less passionate with you in bed.

If you do go through with it, assuming he's older than you, make sure he knows you're a virgin first and use protection. Insist on it. If he won't do it, then don't do it. You don't know him well enough to trust him like that.

He is older than me and I'm pretty sure he's into me more than I'm into him. He's the one who introduced himself to me, he's the one who asked for my phone number, he usually texts me first, he walks me to most of my classes, he chose to sit beside me in all of the classes we have together, and more. I can't tell if he's just being direct and straightforward or just horny and trying to use me. He keeps trying to reassure me that it's my choice, he's not just trying to use me, and that he'll try his best to make it enjoiyable for me. I know the concept of virginity is stupid, but I just always thought my first time would be better than this. I know it's dumb but it's kind of disappointing.

I think what he did by asking is very respectful... He is open to it, he asked and you should answer honestly.. A lot of times situations like these fester and the some of the sneaky guys would most likely slip you something or try to get you drunk so they can bang you...

I agree it may be a little vulgar, he should have used a better term than "DTF." He prob was just using typical texting terms. If it was me, i won't use that term, i would probably come across in a better way like have a normal conversation and ask in a better way.

Guys need to express themselves better. It would have been better if he said "Hey sweety, i've been thinking about you a lot lately, at night before i fall asleep, dreaming about you, first thing when i get up in the morning, i think i am really attracted to you since we have been spending so much time together. Would it be okay if we make out and if its good, make love to one another?"
