What's this girl problem?

I blew my chamce with this girl I made her wait for about a year because i was shy. I found her on social media and ask her out over the summer. She reject me saying she had a boyfriend but i feel it was a lie there were no pics, references of a boyfriend. Im at a new college and see each other around campus. at first she ignored me like I dont exist. Now she looks at me from time to time but i try not to look. I have her on Snapchat and haven't talk since may. I sometimes view her stories and other times not. I also realize if i ignore her SC stories she does also or ignore me in person if i dont see it. She tried to message me on snapchat but it said her name typing... but no message. I doubt it was an accident since we haven't chat since may. This girl post her hobbies with friends on SC so she is not a private person. If she hates me and ignores me in person why not just delete me from social media. In person she would look from afar but up close she looks straight or to the floor. Other times she will look a little and if she sees me she has a neutral face. I dont know if she hates me or not. Im cool with being friends but ahe making shit awkward in my opinion. We were never friends to make it clear nor ever talk in person. Other people tell me she playing mind games or hard to get I not sure if that's true. Some of you guys might say talk to her person but don't know if is a good idea. Is she playing games or any guesses why she is acting like this?

If this girl were me, I'd probably be doing all that to get you to notice me. Girls love attention, so maybe if you give it to her, you guys could be friends. Just a suggestion.

Really? She knows I find her attractive, but why reject me when i ask her out during the summer. I Feel She hate Me by the way she acts in person

Honestly that's entirely possible, but by the way you said she looks at you sometimes leads me to believe that she does not hate you. She might've rejected you because she's holding a grudge for when you "blew your chances" as you say. Maybe if you apologize you guys can start talking again. I know it was maybe a long time ago but girls do hang onto things. It's still possible she has a boyfriend though, if she has a facebook you could check her status. Is that still on there? I'm not sure. Anyway, an apology if you hurt her might be a good way to start if you want to talk to her again.

She has no fb, but has a instagram and phhhoto account. No pics of boyfriends she appears single. No indication of boyfriend anywhere. Same with her snapchat stories no boyfriend. Before I ask her during the summer I did said I was sorry of she thought I was playing with her and explain I was shy. I don't know what to do

Maybe she was seeing someone, she doesn't have to post photos... But by now they might have broken up so just ask her to hang out as friends, if it goes well ask her out.

I want to say she has no boyfriend it was just an excuse. Like I said I'm cool being friends than nothing. But this girl confuses me by the way she acts in person I feel like she hates me

My best friend is that kind of girl, always acting cold around the guy she likes then comes crying to me because he didn't say hi and I'm like who would say hi when you give him such hateful stares lol

Lol, i seen other girls giving me neutral faces when they stare at me I guess is a shy thing for people. I want to say hi but like I said the way she acts the cold shoulder tells me she lost interest and want nothing with me but at the same time If she does not wants nothing to do with me why have me on social media.

Sounds childish lol, like I said is she weird the way she acts around me. I guess I should talk to her person and not through text.

It is childish lol but honestly that's how a lot of girls act. At least while they're in their teens or early 20's.
You should talk to her in person! Text can be easily misinterpreted, and it'd be better to find out directly from her what's going on than guessing with me.
