What does it mean when some girls have tight lips when I walk by sometimes?

Ladies and gents this happens enough that it has made me curious. I have noticed as I'm walking by some girls have whats called tight lips or it seems like they are drawing or sucking their lips inward. I know you are not gurus or all knowing.
