Why does he look at my lips when HE'S talking?

I can understand that sometimes people look at others lips when the other person is talking but this guy always looks at my eyes, then my lips for a while, then switches back and forth between the two even when HE is the one talking.

I think it's normal and there is no significance in this :) i look at peoples eyes too and to not seem creepy i switch and look at their lips or so, because i find it odd to STARE at peoples eyes while talking...

Usually you look at lips when someone is talking because that's where their words are coming from… But that's not the case. So maybe he likes your lips and wants to kiss you

What else is he supposed to look at? I do the same thing and very rarely do women hold eye contact unless they're looking at me first. If I were talking to you I'd expect you to respond using your lips.
