How to pick up girl a bars?

Once a weekend, me and a friend of mine head out to the bar. He's pretty good with women however I'm not as skilled. What are some tips and tricks to picking up/meeting women at bars.

I don't wanna ask my friend for help.

Sit next to them catch their eye contact you could either smile at them to test the waters or introduce yourself if she seems receptive and open for conversation. Chances are she is people go there to socialize and have fun. Buy her a drink and ask if she wants to hang with your friends and play some pool. Then invite to the after party.

If that don't work then strip club it. Practice on them to boost your confidence conversation skills.

do it like in how i met your mother. get you a friend who goes with you to a girl and he says "have you met...(your Name)" and he goes away and you could Start with "hi I'm..(your Name)
i dont know if this really works but I would do it and i wouldn't be mad or something if someone goes to me Like this

look for a girl who is not talking to anyone and walk up to her with big confidence and ask her how she's doing. She is dying to not be sitting there alone and not talking to anyone. Don't go for the girls who are in deep conversation with someone else. If she laughs in your face it matters not at all and she probably won't

just want to emphasize, its a numbers game. The biggest stud ever will get shot down +50% of the time, so just politely roll away when you do, regroup and try again with another. Watch her subtely for a little while before you roll in.

Talk to them. Dont be a creep. Dont aim too high. Ultimately the bar, clubs are conceded places. Its not a good place to find women.
