How do I tell her how I feel?

So...Me and this girl have been friends for several years, but just now we have been getting in touch more. We see each other everyday in high school and she lives sort of close to me, (maybe a 20 minute walk). She rode my bus over to my house a couple days ago and we just hung out for hours and had fun. She laughed at everything I said and we just a lot of good times, though nothing physical happened. We text each other whenever her phone is on, but it's not on a lot, and she's not a BIG texter. We talk on Facebook too, but she's not on that a lot either. I really want to ask her out, just I don't know how. I've never done it before in person, and we don't have any "privacy" in school to do it. Tomorrow she's coming over to my house to hang out and we are both really eager to it. I want to tell her how I feel I just don't know how. HELP PLEASE!
