I don't know. Why don't you tell me? How to make you jealous? lol

If I want to make a girl jealous, I'll just start doing things with another girl. I don't mean making out and stuff, but things like talking to her, hanging out with her, and so on. If the other girl feels like doing those stuff with me, she'll get jealous. My best friend gets jealous when I talk to other girls and treat her as better friends than I treat her. xD It's cute. If I really wanna get her jealous, I start saying that I have OTHER best friends besides her. It gets her so mad.

The cold shoulder is the easiest passive way to make someone jealous. Being too busy will kill relationships in the end.

Hanging out with the opposite gender also works, especially when you do it in front of him/her but, this can be a deal breaker if that's what you want.

Simpler things are to talk about other women in front of her, looking at other women in her presence, or even going so far as buying or doing something nice for another woman. This applies vice versa as well.

  He's trying to keep distance, think of it like goldilocks, he wants a girl to want him but, not to either extremes of too needy or just not paying attention to him. Everyone wants space in their life. Now, if you are trying to make him jealous and he caught on to it, then it's called simple payback reciprocation or eye for an eye should he want to get back at you, assuming you started it the last round.
