If a guy is always roasting you in front of everybody but he's part of your "squad"... does it mean that he likes you? Then he tells you personally that he feels bad for saying all the roasting shit? is he getting feelings towards that girl?

He sounds no better than female "friends" who put their friends on blast and embarrass them and then try to make it seem like they meant no harm. If it was mostly innocent teasing and inside jokes that's one thing, but if he's airing your personal info and being disrespectful and he does this regularly, he's just stringing you along for his cruel entertainment.
