probably afraid of leaking on the Internet, sharing or showing them to guy friends and not seem cheap. They might even think it distasteful or inappropriate for the level of relationship you are in... Lack of trust

it still comes from her account or number... tracable... she might have some tatoos, which would make her recognizable... AND she might be shy and trying not to look cheap. When my sex-partner suddenly started to photograph me during sex, I at least hid my face and tried to delete them from his phone while he was in the bathroom... he didn't have my permission and I would have never consented
