Guys, making intense frequent eye contact without smiling? what does that mean?

there is this guy i've been kind of staring at cause he's so hot, and everytime i do he looks at me too, we always lock eyes but he never smiles, he just has a plain face expression or he looks a bit suprised. i have also cought him staring at me when i wasn't even looking his way.

I mean most likely, does he like what he sees? or does he just think im a weirdo for looking at him all the time?
if he was smiling i would think that for sure he was into me but now i just don't know.. and also he is a bit shy.

Actually guy's generally stare at things when they are thinking or chilling out. This behavior is almost involuntary. And it is not possible to always smile whenever they eye contacted any girls. Sometimes they didn't know that you too checking out so they didn't smile also If someone smiles out of the blue then they surely need help if u knew what I mean. Also if a guy is interested in you and he is confident enough he will smile whenever u make a eye contact.
Now coming to ur case if u r interested in him then whenever you found he is looking at u just give him a smile this would certainly break the ice...

no, it's a mere Attraction. Happens a lot of times. You see some people attract you coz of their cahrisma and energy. You don't wanna talk to them or be with them but just observe them this gives you the satisfaction. He's just attracted to you, nothing to worry about.
