Should I snap him first or wait?

So I really like this guy but he left me on read in a snap from last night. Should I text him a cute hey, or should I wait for him to text me. Last time when I texted him he opened but didn't respond until a day after, but whenever he texts first then we talk for at least 4 hours. So should I? Or should I wait and hope he texts me again tonight? I really don't want to come off as needy or desperate.

ahaha. I have the exact, I mean exact situation as you do. usually, I would just wait for his snap and say smth back, like damn, that's cool, smth like that. if you really like this guy, just go for it and ask if he wants to meet up sometime. if this is too far, try to talk into a subject and end up asking if he likes anyone, but don't ask if he likes you directly, u kno what I mean? hope this helps.
