If a guy is afraid to touch a girl...?

He is able to go and hug any girl without any reason,he can just touch them because he is just used to that(he is very confident with girls).He does that without thinking.He can tell to any girl ''you are beautiful, I love you''.

But ...he never touches me until...one night I stayed in his flat (as a friend) and we started kissing(very slowly and he told he was very nervous) and we spent that night together.Starting from that moment again we can't touch each other.It is so evident that he can hug any girl but he can't even touch me.The only thing-if there is a chance-he stands so close to me that we accidentally touch .

I can semi relate to this. I have no problem giving girls hugs long as they hugged me first once before. Other wise will not hug them 1st. and as for touching them I keep my hands to myself. Now there are 2 reasons I can give you for this. One as a shy guy I just don't go hanging on ladies I don't know real well mostly because I don't want to invade there personal space because that's just wrong. In grade school I remember the kid that sat in the 2nd row and got in trouble multiple times because he just had to touch the red heads hair because it was right in front of him. Who knew then in 4th grade he end up marring her many years later. I still remember the talk the Principal gave us boys after we had some other offenders about not just touching girls hair at will even thow it was soft and pretty. Which leads to reason 2 it's not the 1950's anymore and as guys some but not all fear that any physical contact with females could be seen in another light and be accused of harassment and if enough fuss it made the guy gets treated like a criminal and in some ceases actually get hit with charges which forever follow you. Now this case my guess he's more nervous as hell that he might do something wrong and offend you possibly make you made mad /upset. This is because he does care for you and doesn't want to mess things up with you.

Maybe he isn't like it with you because he likes you unlike the other girls he touches?

i myself am a very shy (and a bit perverted) person and yes whenever i touch a girl i feel like just sexually harassed someone...
But yeah that's just me...
