I have been sending him photos of me in underwear to my best friend boyfriend for a month (he hasn’t screenshot or saved any photo) today he asked me to sent him nudes, but I don’t want because he could screenshot them and they could bully me, friends in my school (btw I have 15 years old)

Nononono, don't, under no circumstances take nudes of yourself. You might not realize what you're doing at your age, but this is production of child pornography, and can go really fucking bad if distributed.
People go on the list of sex-offenders for distributing pictures of a minor (which you are)

Please read up on some articles online, I am not allowed to post any links here, but there is plenty of material online covering the topic of underage people sexting.
Apart from that, I don't think it's ethically correct to send pictures of yourself to your best friend's boyfriend, and him asking for your nudes is even worse...

Don't send any nudes, he might risk trouble due to those pictures quite frankly being child porn at this stage...
If you *where* to do nudes (once you're 16) make sure it's nudes you'd be able to live with (without showing anything identifying you for instance).
Remember, you can't know for sure where those pictures will end up...
For all you know a future boss, or your kids or something might see them.
