How do I get my friend to stop flirting with everyone?

My best friend is one of the most gorgeous people on the earth, yet she obviously doesn't realize it (yet at one time seven guys liked her). She's a notorious flirt, and hurt one of our friend's feelings by leading him on, not realizing it. She began to text someone I like, who now wants to ask her out. I looked at their text messages once, and she was (unknowingly) hardcore flirting with him (asking him about his kinks, telling him what turns her on). It's infuriating because she refuses to accept that she's battered several people's feelings by her flirting, including mine.

Your friend gets her confidence to flirt so brazenly from somewhere. Everyone has a an ego and therefore has at least some sense of themselves. But being a female, you should ask her what satisfaction she gets from doing these messages that might lead them on.

I will do this, it's so annoying that she doesn't realize this could be interpreted as flirting. She's done this another time with our mutual friend when we were at a school trip to an amusement park. She sat with him every time, grabbed his hand for a few seconds when he was trying to high five her, and took his sweatshirt.

Actually she has admitted herself to being a flirt a few times, but refuses to change because it's "her nature" or some dumb shit like that. If we try and convince her that's not right, she tells us she's going to swear off guys forever (despite being 16) and never talk to them again.
