I'm a little confused. Are you asking how you stop flirting with someone or get someone to stop flirting with you? If it is getting yourself to stop flirting I guess my question would be why? Unless she doesn't like it and indicated she isn't interested then flirty is typically (not always) harmless. If she isn't responding to your flirting then you do need to stop. As for how to do that? Just stop. You do have some self control right? If it is someone flirting with you that you are trying to get to stop then tell them you aren't interested and ignore them. They will get tired of that and stop. Be forward and tell them though too.

I'm the same way. It sucks because sometimes people assume I'm interested or disloyal because of how flirty I can be even if it isn't serious.

I'm a natural flirt by nature. It's very easy to just stop if someone doesn't like it. If you continually do it to the same person all the time they can get annoyed. You have to know when enough is enough.
