Should I text my girlfriend or wait for her?

Whenever I text my girlfriend, she seems happy to get it. But she never texts me first. Does this mean she doesn't want to talk to me? Should I stop texting her and see what happens?

I would talk to her and let her know it is okay for her to text you, and that you would like it. Some women want the man to make the first move. Others have backgrounds that have taught them to wait until they have permission, or never to initiate communication under any circumstances. Talk to her and see how she feels about it, then affirm her, and encourage her to text you whenever she feels like it. Just make sure you don't violate the trust by getting upset when she does text you when it is inconvenient.
