If a girl forgets you ask her out, she's not really worth it, is she?

In this case, it seems really likely that she actually forgot. I mean, if I value myself and my time, there's no point in pouring any more energy into her, right? Why would I want to be someone who's forgotten when I can be with someone who'll like me and treasure that I asked her out?

This girl ended up talking to me again like nothing happened and didn't seem awkward at all after she forgot. I never brought it up and she never did either, and all signs point to she forgot. People tell me to give it one more shot, but is there even a point? Why would I want to be the one who's forgotten?

from your given facts - if it seems like she actually forgot. second chance if she is genuine. seems that if she continued communication - talking to you again - no awkwardess can be a sign of genuine forgetfulness or just doesn't really value you.

only way to solve it is communication. you've put up with it already so you obviously do like her. try it again. but your instincts are ringing the alarm bells. try it again, and be like "i really value your time :) hope you're the same" if she does it again. leave it.

Here's some added bit of information: a few months before this, I asked her out and she went with me, but she almost forgot to tell me (I gave her a deadline). However, after that, I asked her out a couple more times, and she wouldn't give me straight answers.....she'd act interested, but ultimately say she was doing something else. She'd never tell me "no" straight, though. Then I asked her this one last time a few months after that and this happened.

Depends- are you guys friends? Cause then she might have some trouble differentiating b/w you asking her out and you asking her to go somewhere just as friends. I'd say give it one more clear shot. If she wanted to shoot you down, she would have already- I think she may be scared that she is assuming you like her, but you really don't. She may need a really clear indicator that you want to go out before she says yes. She might also be confused about her feelings. What may seem like a very clear attraction to you may not be so clear for her.

I think you shouldn't' give her one more chance. She doesn't deserve it. Better look for another girl.
