I was talking to a girl that sits behind/next to me in class and we were talking the entire class and she was laughing at just about everything I said and she made some jokes too and for a little she was playing with her hair. Are these a good sign she would say yes if I asked her out.

Not necessarily I twirl my hair all the time even around people I don't have a crush on. One way to know if someone likes you is to tell them a random fact about yourself and see if they remember what you said.
