That girl likes you but she is shy, I recommend that you should be the one to make the first move, to make it more interesting be friend with her then after that secretly make some letters that contains all her good qualities but you should not put your name on the letter the one that you should write is "from you secret admirer" then put it in her bag, locker, or anywhere you want just be sure she will see it... then at a special day confess your feelings and tell her that you were her secret admirer! Also one thing do not ask a question "why me?" that is a no no, so bad for example if the girl you like hear that she would be so upset... be confident and always remember enjoy life in a good way!
i am a shy girl so this is my shizz right here OK now this grl sounds a kinda like me and what we do is we are the most outgoing when with close friends so if we see a guy we like is around we will snatch that opportunity 2 make ourselves more appealing like act like we are having fun with our frnds so the guy doesn't think we are totally dull also we interact more nd better with guys we don't like because we aren't afraid of them! like we are more likely 2 look at them and talk to them more and we will only look at the guy we like when his back is totally turned! or we are 99% sure they won't catch us looking! <--- I speak the truth...
Don''t think like that. "Why me?" Never ever use those words. Think why not me! Obviously this girl is trying to get your attention. She is being loud so you will notice her. Just bite the bullet and say hi to her. Then if she doesn't seem busy or distracted say how are you? Then go from there. See what she says. If she is a nice girl I am sure she won't turn you away. Trust me I am extremely shy but sometimes it is worth it to do the things that fear you the most especially if it lands you a girl you really admire.
umm just talk to her,just start a normal conversation,so that the awkward silence by the way you can end and you can get familiar each other ,the staring and glancing don't really do good in long time,she might move one or get bored etc

you should talk to her and give your best to be close to her so that when you are ready you can tell it to her without doubts especially when she's always looking at you then that means she liked you cause she wanted to be noticed by you without talking too much because they don't want to be called a flirt and trying to run after guys... good luck and give your best before its to late!
just go for it. girls like guys who are confident. and even if you are shy that's cute to. just talk 2 her. But what you do DO NOT SENT UR FRIENDS 2 GO TALK 2 HER. THATS A NO NO! cause it makes you look weak. GOOD LUCK!
Well if she looks at you flashes a smile and have a dreamy look in her eyes then when she sees you looking back at her she pretends she can't see you and that she couldn't care less
