if most of the time you are going to reject guys who ask you or make a move on you. now if you have boyfriend I understand, but most don't. if you there to have fun why deny guys a chance to dance with you, you have girls say oh I'm tired(what you doing there then), oh I can't dance

i understand you out with friends, buts its like going to a party and you don't want to socialize with anyone why stay or go

gtex - let me give you some free advice and I hope that you listen carefully because it almost sounds like you feel 'entitled' and be very careful with that kind of attitude, especially when you're only so young...

Everyone in this world has free will and intention. If a woman goes to a club of her own free will and intent - it does not equate to the intention of wanting to attract male attention. In fact, a lot of women (myself included) go out to dance to music and that's as far as it goes. Clubs are not about you - clubs are there as a medium for people to enjoy the night however they see fit.

It's not a female club-goers responsibility to make you feel wanted..that's your issue.

If you want to feel wanted - connect with yourself and learn to like yourself. Don't go looking into strangers eyes seeking acceptance.

Don't generalise all women to want the same thing - that's lazy and untrue. And with that kind of attitude seething under the surface - that's a seed of frustration that you DON'T want to grow. Just deal with your issues of acceptance and let the world do it's thing.

Women don't owe you a dance, a smile or a conversation - just as much as a man doesn't owe me a relationship or a baby.

Because girls can have fun going to a club and just dancing with their friends. Dancing with creeps is not a requirement to a good night. Thus the reason why women get discounts on everything and men never do, we need an incentive to choose that bar, whereas men will go wherever the women are.

That being said, I'd love to meet a hot, genuine, cool guy, but I don't really expect to at the bar. Even the coolest of guys can act like complete scum bags when they're out at a bar with their friends. The goal of the night is usually to pick a girl up for sex and that's not what I want. Not trying to compare the male population to Jersey Shore *at all*, but if anyone saw that episode where The Situation was a gigantic asshole to a girl and started calling her fat simply because the wouldn't sleep with him, that is the reason why girls are standoffish.

We've been put in enough situations at bars to know that 95% of you are looking for one thing only and you'll be creepy and disrespectful to get it. I'm sorry for that 5% that doesn't act that way when you're out at the bar, but for women when the odds are that much against you, it's not worth taking the risk.

True but some ask politely, besides girls dress provocatively (i'm not approving guys behavior) so you can't blame them if they look at your a certain way. and some are mean when saying NO

Some are mean, yes. All I can say is you'd have to be in a female's shoes to really understand how it feels and how guys treat women on a day to day basis. A guy friend of mine actually told me a story about how a bunch of gay guys were hitting on him in a creepy, aggressive way. He said he finally understood why women are so standoffish all the time and why we feel so objectified.

The intentions are different and most girls know this: men go to the club in the hopes of getting someone to go to bed with them. That is the biggest hope of the night. The goal. Girls are aware of this and they often find it inherently offensive - access to their vagina is perceived as the reason you're even talking to them.

We are suspicious, and for the most part, not interested in having a one-night stand with a stranger we have not even properly conversed with (can't really talk about Proust or the state of Israel in da club, now can you?)

I like to clubbing with my friends and that's it. Random people don't suit our fancy, and especially when guys like to grind AKA rub their d**k on our asses instead of actual dancing. If they say no, its no, don't question it.

girls don't have to say yes to you just because they left the house. you're not entitled to a dance or a move just because she's at the club and you came to meet/hookup with girls.
