I really need some help on what to do here. I've been in the college town I'm in for about a year, but I actually grew up overseas... military family. Because of my build, I was given a job at the door of a club where a lot of the U students come. There's a $5 cover most nights. The school year is over now but I'm really worried because of fall coming up. See, my job is to collect the cover charge, check ID's, etc. I'm outside the club, not a bouncer inside. Well the owner was getting impatient and worried because by spring break he started bringing up how the club isn't bringing in what he thinks should be the norm. I didn't say anything but I know why. It's because... smh... probably 75 percent of the college girls are really cute and have gotten by me easily. Like 9's. College girls in the States it's like UH😮. And when I try to collect the cover a lot of em will just use their looks on me. Tilt their head over and have a really cute face and I just dunno what to do against that! I had 1 brunette at the end of the year I remember use that on me and I'd already caved in to so many I was determined not to this time but I didn't know what to do so I looked into her face with her head tilted over and a cute face and my mouth started dropping and I tried my best but all at once my mouth just fell open and she raised her eyes up and went😊😊. I let her by and just gave up, humiliated. I need the job honestly, but I can't beat these college girls, they're too good at that.😩With fall coming up I'm worried. What should I do?

I don't go to clubs so I don't know

Admit to the owner what's happening and see what he says

Quit the job and don't say anything why

Keep the job and try the same thing this fall, maybe my willpower will be good enough by then

I work as a bartender at a club. We mostly get college students given the proximity of a school in the downtown area. I'm very familiar with what you are talking about. Uh if a girl can simply get by you without paying by tilting their head... you need to find a different job. That is pretty sad that's all it takes to make it past you. How in the heck did you get the job to start with? If a simple look from a college girl gets them in the club without paying then you are in the wrong line of work. I'm also wondering why you have asked this to girls only. Have guys... who are generally in your field of work... have no advice that would be helpful?

Honestly, you are not meant to work in that job. You are simply just letting your hormones do the talking and you are incapable to say no to the testosterone ruling you.

It seems that you have no willpower to deny those girls the entry into a club. How did you get hired in the first place? HR must really have had both eyes closed when they did because you are obviously not setting your priorities correctly.

Being ruled by your testosterone is not good in any job because you refuse to be impartial and you only hope that one of those bimbos pays attention to you and your entire world crumbles.

I suggest you go work as a car mechanic although, I am certain that if a college girl brings her car in for repairs, you are going to do the job and not charge a cent.

See my thing is, it's a small college town, so like all the jobs are fast food pizza joints, stuff like that. I'd have to go to the nearest actual city to find a better one. That's only 45 mins away but if I gotta travel nearly 100 miles a day to go to work I should just move there.
