REASONS WHY SHY GUYS DESERVE A CHANCE
1. He will really listen to you. You won't see his eyes glaze over when you start an in-depth comparative analysis of Beyoncé's discography because he genuinely cares about what you have to say.
2. He understands that showing emotion is a thing that humans do. He's there for you, whether your dog passed away or you're watching the beginning sequence in Up.
Carl Fredricksen is obviously a shy guy.
3. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. He will remember everything from your favorite place to get brunch to how you take your coffee.
4. He is physically incapable of bragging. Shy guys like to receive praise and recognition in a humble way, which just makes you want to brag about how fucking great he is.
5. He's basically a human advent calendar, and each day, you find out a tantalizing new detail you never knew about him before. It's very possible that "We've been dating for two years and you never told me you're fluent in French?" is a sentence that could leave your mouth.
6. He doesn't feel the need to dominate every conversation. He's gonna let you finish.
7. He treats everyone with respect. It doesn't matter if he's talking to his boss or the waitress who's covering your table, it's "please" and "thank you" all day and all night.
8. He's never not adorable. Nervous and tongue-tied? More like cute as hell.
9. He gives the best advice. Not only is he great at listening to your problems, he's always there to give honest, thoughtful guidance when you ask for it.
10. He's generally down to do things with you that other guys make every conceivable effort to avoid. Making cupcakes for your BFF's birthday party? He'll help, no questions asked.
11. He's obsessed with surprising you in sweet, adorable ways. Because he expresses himself more through actions than words. Flowers, breakfast in bed, random notes left around your room — he does it all.
12. You feel at ease with him. Intimidating Christian Grey-types are only hot up to a point. When you want to spend the morning lying in bed and talking about Life

Usually confidence because confidence doesn’t mean extroverted, not at all, that just means “interest in being social” and maybe that interest isn’t a good thing, or genuine.
I find a certain unconscious non-deliberate type of shyness attractive, but what it really is, is a type of usually, introverted academic type of girl, who isn’t intimated by people or insecure, or passively wanting to be noticed, she just is doing her own thing, and content being alone, and she appears shy to people sometimes
I always used to think confidence was more attractive. Then I realized that cockiness usually comes along with that. I’ve dated many cocky arrogant guys. Currently I’m dating a tall, shy, slightly socially awkward guy. I can’t even explain the fact that every single thing he does is adorable. I’m obsessed with the way he talks, the little things he notices that nobody else would, how respectful and thoughtful he is. It’s been the best relationship I’ve had in only 6 months so far. Vs 2-4 years with the cocky rude arrogant guys I dated previously. Shy guys are the best
Confidence. Not everyone displaying confidence is arrogant and cocky. Most aren't
It's difficult to get to know shy people on a personal level. Confident people are usually open about themselves, their life and feelings. So it's easier to build a rapport with them
You can easily be confident and shy at the same time, it's a lot about posture, what usually have us instinctively run for the hills is insecurity and the guy giving off vibes that everything is a disaster in his life.

Girls LOVE ripped, confident, cocky studs. Contrary to popular belief, women do NOT like cute, shy guys that treat them well. In fact they usually cheat on and get bored with those guys. It's actually hardwired for women to sleep with as many "hot babdboys" as possible. It's biological... they need to find the best alpha.
A little bit of both, you wanna have confidence but not to much, other wise you may look like a guy who has a huge ego some girls dont wanna be apart of (my opinion)
Shy cuteness :)
The shy/quiet ones tend to have a lot going on in their heads, which is what i find attractive.Absolutely confidence, every time. Shyness isn’t cute; it signals low self-esteem or cowardice... neither are good.
Confidence without cockiness and shyness so long as he is assertive and will take action when he likes me. I need a dominant male, not some lazy hick.
It depends on the guy some guys can pull off cute shyness and there are guys who's confidence spews sex appeal...
From what I have known, I dont like shy guys. It's just weird. Maybe its just the person I know. My crush is kinda confident ish
I would say a little of both. I'm shy and I've been told that it's cute, but I need to have more confidence.
Girls will say confidence, guys will say shyness.. why? Biology.. next
Confidence, men love it when a woman is comfortable in her own skin
As a dude, for me a shy girl is way more attractive than a confident one!
Confidence. I'd rather be around someone who can flirt rather than someone who's completely paralyzed.
I think girls will like a confident guy because he'll just be easier to be around/talk to
Being a down to earth guy and comnfident in himself.
Confidence. Cute shyness is for children, not grown men.
I prefer for a guy to be more confident, that way i know where i stand with him
I love confident subtle guys. I don't see them often :(
Hopefully some girls like cute shyness. Otherwise I'll probably end up alone.
