What does it mean when someone looks at you with dreamy eyes?

A girl at work whenever I walk past her looks at me with dreamy eyes and smiles and stares me out, sometimes she looks even when she’s busy doing work. She’s not really that good looking but it turns me on the way she looks at me and I’m strangely attracted. We always seem to catch gaze at each other.

It depends on the context but DAMN it makes me want a girl when she does that, and not just in a sexual way, like to actually makes me start to fall for her a little (Unless I'm really not into her at all)

I've literally never heard of any particular physical attribute that correlates to "dreamy", it just means that someone is attractive in general
