I accidentally ignored the guy I like, what do I do?

I was talking to my friends, telling them a story using my hands, when I raised my hand to demonstrate something to my friends, that guy passed by me and he thought I waved him a hand, so he raised his hand and smiled happily, I however was so involved in talking that guessed it a but later and didn't wave him back but continued talking to my friends.

He didn't show up that day after that. My friend says I hurt his pride or something.

Accidentally ignored him? I doubt ignoring can be done accidentally. At least I haven't heard of something like that. According to me ignoring is a purposeful act so you will surely know that you are ignoring someone or not.

Anyways if you really did ignore him ( accidentally as you say), then go to him , apologise and make for it. No point wasting time.

I read your question and that's what I said, it's not possible to ignore someone accidentally, it's highly unlikely that it can happen without your knowledge.
