I think so. Especially as you get older. The younger ones all want the confident popular party animal ones. As you get older tho your priorities change. All of the sudden how confident and talkative you are doesn’t really matter much in the long run. Shy people got lots of good qualities as well those types don’t have. Take being loyal for example among other things. The not shy one might have tons of gfs and could wind up cheating on her. The shy guy might make her feel more safe in the relationship for long term.

i think when you're younger it's cute but when you get older and still have trouble talking to people it's a red flag.

I’m pretty shy myself, so I would prefer someone more outgoing and extroverted than I am. I would want a guy that’s easy to talk to and can take charge of a conversation. But of course, every girl is different and prefers different types of personalities!
