My Crush called me...I think

I've been crushin' on this guy for a few months and I finally gained the courage to give him my phone number this past Thursday. On Thursday night I received a call from a private number and the person eventually hung up after a few seconds. My sis knows his brother so she asked him if his bro had called me the next day. He said that he had and chickened out. The guy hasn't called back since Thursday. Is he going to call back? He's pretty shy but I would think that if he didn't like me he wouldn't have called at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

I would say it's a safe bet that he is interested. Don't start the relationship playing games, YOU call him and ask him to lunch. When you meet with him, ask him if he called. If I were him, I would be impressed and find the way you handled the situation attractive.
