Ever get the annoying type of flirting?

Have you ever had someone flirt with you, but

it really just came across as annoying instead

of attractive? What did they do/what happened?

If this has never happened to you what kinds of

things would just annoy you?

oh yes...it happens a lot... luckily there are always some good flirts in between so you can forget all the bad ones quite quickly :)

What I do when I have someone annoying flirting with me? I stop talking a lot with him, give only short answers..if I do (kind of like mhm..yes,..no, no, yes aha ), don't do any eye contact and look out for someone I know who might be able to rescue me out of this situation! lol If there isn't such a person and this guy just doesn't get it, I make up an excuse and leave ... and if I want to stay there I'll let him know that I am not interested... straight in the face (as harsh as it sounds)

YES! Typically, it seems, most high school guys (unless they're players) don't know how to flirt without being annoying. They always go for the teasing, which is fine, but after awhile, the teases get harsher and aren't so cute anymore. When guys do that, they seem really immature, and I don't want to be around them, much less go out with them.

No, never happens. But then I'm not uptight, crazy, whatever. I like people, I like to joke around, and I have thick skin & can take a joke. If I'm not interested I tell them straight up.

Usually the "annoyed by flirting" types are the ones who aren't honest with themselves or others about what they want and whether or not they're interested in someone.

Desperation. It's ugly in guys, and it's ugly in girls, too. My best friend of a few years ago hung out with a lot of girls four and five years younger, who tended to crush on me and act really desperate and insecure. Wouldn't be half a trick to take advantage of them, so at time I can almost understand 'player' type fellows, it's sometimes too easy.
