So I like this guy and I really want to tell him how I feel and what's going on inside my head but for some reason I'm afraid to Because I don't know how he's going to act. so do guys like it when girls tell them how they feel?

If you really like him and really need to get something off your chest, take a chance and tell him how you feel. Like Bradley said, be straight forward. I like it when women are straight forward with me and tell me things straight up. It shows me that they are honest and makes me even more interested in them.

If said guy is yours they tend appreciate you openly communicating with them. If said guy happens to have talked to you a few times in passing it'll probably freak him out.

I meant telling him how much I like him lol I'm not a mean person...usually I'm the one being bullied because I don't stand up for my self because I can't be mean. well the guy I like now doesn't do that to me but you get the point.

I think you should definitely mention something about it or otherwise it is really hard for us to "read" into clues and that sort of stuff, I personally prefer the girl to be a bit more straight-forward if she is interested :)
