You're trying too hard - that's not how you win a girl over. Not with endless compliments and a load of "awwww <3 lol wow you're so cool" to every single thing she says, trying to be "sweet". It might seem like a good idea but it makes you look "try-hard" which is a turn-off. Calm down with that and talk to her like she's a normal person.

Here you need to "connect" with her by trying to relate to what she's saying. Don't turn it into an interview where you ask question after question, be more like question - statement - question. Try to imagine why someone like her would enjoy dancing or teaching, and make a statement about that.
