How do I know if her flirting is fake?

Got in touch with a girl yesterday through friends. This is really weird. Like a couple a minutes in, she gives me really strange pet names. Handsome, good-looking, even calling me her prince. She's a gorgeous girl, but for some reason I'm really confused and kinda put off by this. Or maybe im over complicating things I'm unsure.
Nonetheless, she talks about how cute I am to her, and saying things like 'F the other girls, I'd make you mine in a minute'.
In my head I'm like 'This is too good to be true'.
Can some of you help me out here? Especially you girls.

Flirting is just for sex. Period. She unfortunately playing all of those games because she has nothing to offer you. Walk away. And she's dominate. Get away while you can. She does that to other men. Trust me when I say. You'll dodge a bullet. The fact that she makes statements like that shows that she just wants to use you, and have no respect for other women. Those are all red flags. Dang that's super fast. It's like she really knows you. If you haven't met her in person yet at least twice, then I'd say do that first before you consider dating her. As for just flirting, it's probably not fake but if she barely knows you it could be just for fun. At the same time I dont know much about this girl so she could be showing genuine interest in you.
