Guys, Why is he staring at me when I talk to this one guy? Is it jealousy?

We use to have a fling but it didn’t work out, i didn’t really feel the same as he did. For now we don’t talk but we see eachother almost everyday because we work in the same building.
He has a girlfriend now and everything happend really fast, I know he really liked me but there was a lot of jealousy even before with this one guy that are a mutual friend of ours..
Does he still have feelings for me even tho he has a girlfriend now? Or why the hell does he keep staring at me everytime i talk to this other guy?

I really don’t understand him cause he doesn’t talk to me anymore, i know that he really wanted me, like even when he started dating this other girl he always told me that it wasn’t serious between them and he didn’t want her and he even called me discusting because he thought i was sleeping with another guy, and this was when he was together with his girlfriend 🙄
