Why is he jealous when I talk to other guys?

My guy friend started staring at me when he seen me talking to a guy (a friend i went to college with) who he didn't know.

He started staring at me and the guy I was talking to as my sister seen him doing it. He even asked by sister was i getting with him and she said no they are just friends and he was like ok.

I dont know why he wants to know any of that information? We had a thing before but nothing else happened as in he dont text me but we get on so well in person.

When he feels like it, he will ignore me in person?

What does he want from me?

I want to kiss him but Im afraid he doesn't feel that way but he must?

Lol are you serious ! A friend can't be jealous if he's just a friend. In your case clearly he's being jealous bcz he holds more than simple friendship feelings towards you. So any other male involvement is considered a threat to a potential relationship with you :p
