It Depends tbh :D. I wouldn't react as often as this guy did to me during out conversation. I’ll do it maybe once during the conversation if he’s just a friend.

Tbh I would mainly do with my female friends but some other girl would do it with her guy friends too.

I never use heart reaction if its not a woman im already in a relationship with, and even then it would be unusual.

A female colleague sometimes reacts with heart to my messages, which I thought unusual, but probably just platonic.
