Female co-worker says hi to everyone but me?

Anonymous
There's a girl at my work who says hi to most people but me. I haven't done anything bad to her... could she be (somehow) playing hard to get? Here's how she's been acting with me before:

  • -She gave me a nickname (she's given nicknames to other guys to, tho) and she's used it every time she's saluted me in the past. She also used to say hi to me with a high-pitched voice.
  • -Sometimes, when she was working, she would just randomly say my nickname when I was around her (for no reason at all). It felt like she was trying to get my attention and/or that she wanted me to approach her.
  • -She's asked me favors twice and the 2nd time, she asked to hug me for finishing one hour later (and letting her finish earlier). The hug lasted around 3 or 4 seconds. A few hours later, as she finished her shift, she said that she really appreciated it.
  • -She was almost always the the one to say hi/good bye first.
  • One day, in the employees room, she came to me to talk about how one of her shifts went, etc. The room was full, but nobody was talking. So yeah I was surprised that she randomly started telling me about it.
  • -She's been acting kinda flirty. Like, one day, we accidentally "bumped" into each other in the hallway. She seemed surprised, she laughed and she light-touched my arm quite a few times. She insisted that it was her fault, etc. On that day, she seemed to be really interested in me and she kept trying to get my attention using the nickname she gave me and she overall seemed really enthusiastic around me (more than usual)
Then, two days after she light-touched me, etc, I added her on social medias. We had a lot of mutual friends from the workplace, so I thought it would be fine for me to add her. So I only sent her a friend request (I didn't message her or something). It's been like 2 or 3 weeks, and she still hasn't accepted it.

I saw her again like 2 weeks later. Everyone in the employees room said hi when I came in. She also did, but she didn't seem excited to see me.

Later, as our shift began, I went to wash my hands. She was right behind me, waiting for her turn. She saluted me by using the nickname she gave me, but she didn't seem excited. Her tone was just... normal... Actually she kinda seemed depressed. I don't actually know to be honest. So I said "hey it's been a while since we last met!" and she just replied "... right?". We didn't say anything else.

I recently worked with her again (5 days after what I wrote in the 1st update). She ignored me for no reasons. Like, she said hi to the guys beside me (she called them by the nickname she gave them a few months ago). And I mean, she clearly saw me, there's no way she didn't. I didn't talk to her as well because of I'm shy and I don't want to make things worse. But here's what bugs me... some of her good female friends talks to me sometimes at work and she is kind to me. They don't dislike me.
