Why would a woman at my job talk to everyone else but me? I was thinking she didn't like me, but I always catch her looking at me.

she doesn't like you, sees something that creeps her out, there is something about you that she just doesn't like or want to be near you.

I do. She will talk to me if I talk to her first and she will say hi to me if I speak to her first. I have even caught her looking at me on several occasions. She even turned around to see if I was looking when she had her back turned.
