Girl at work talks to everyone but me?

There is a girl at work that is friendly and bubbly will talk to just about anyone Managers, coworkers Hell she even talks to some of the customers that come through but for whatever the reason she is quiet around me and barely says a word to me. I have caught her looking at me and looking away or looking down whenever I catch her looking at me.

So why is she like that around me? What's the deal?

Same shit happens to me. Except every girl does this to me. I think they just hate me, that's all.

I've been wondering if that's the case or not. Recently she was in a really really bad mood and I haven't spoken to her much cause we work in different departments and she usually would wave at me or at least say hi and here recently she's been quiet around me and I've been wondering what the fuck is going on
